Buying & Choosing a Trailer

How do I choose the right trailer?

Start with what you haul and your tow vehicle's ratings, then match a trailer type and size to that load with a safety margin. Our team can help you spec the right configuration — just tell us your load, truck and budget.

What trailer types do you sell?

Utility, dump, enclosed, equipment, car hauler, gooseneck, tilt, deckover and flatbed trailers — both new and used. Browse the full inventory on our shop page.

Should I buy new or used?

New trailers offer the latest features, manufacturer warranty and no wear. Used trailers cost less but may need tires, brakes or floor work. We inspect every used unit and help you weigh condition against savings.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer in-house financing. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), wire transfer, and ACH. If you need to finance your purchase, we recommend arranging financing through your bank or credit union before placing your order.

Can I trade in my old trailer?

We evaluate trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. Bring your trailer by the lot or send us photos and details for an assessment and a trade value toward your purchase.

What size trailer do I need?

Size to your largest typical load plus a safety margin. Measure the longest and widest item you'll carry, allow room for tie-downs and ramps, and choose a deck that fits the load without overhang. Our Buyer's Guide walks through the math.

Towing & Capacity

How much trailer can my truck tow?

Check your vehicle's tow rating and payload capacity. The loaded trailer's GVWR should sit comfortably below the tow rating, and tongue weight must fit within your truck's payload. Always tow with a margin for safety and control.

What is GVWR and why does it matter?

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) is the maximum a fully loaded trailer can legally weigh — trailer plus cargo combined. It's the ceiling set by the manufacturer, and brakes, tires and suspension are sized to it.

Do I need a brake controller?

Most states require trailer brakes on trailers over a certain weight. If your trailer has electric brakes, your tow vehicle needs a compatible brake controller installed and adjusted.

What hitch does my truck need?

Bumper-pull trailers use a ball mount on a receiver hitch rated for tongue weight. Gooseneck and fifth-wheel trailers need a bed-mounted hitch. Match the hitch class and rating to your loaded tongue weight.

What's the difference between bumper pull and gooseneck?

Bumper-pull hitches to a receiver at the rear; gooseneck couples to a hitch in the truck bed, shifting tongue weight over the rear axle for more stability and higher capacity.

Yes. We offer free standard curbside delivery to all locations within the contiguous 48 states. Provide your ZIP code and the trailer you want to confirm availability.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free — $0.00 with no hidden charges or extra costs. The total shown at checkout is final and includes all shipping costs.

Can I pick up my trailer instead?

Yes. Local pickup is available at our lot at 2 Novae Parkway, Markle, IN 46770. Contact us to confirm pickup availability and schedule a time.

How long does delivery take?

Payment & Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as bank wire and ACH transfers. Wire/ACH is our recommended method for larger purchases and avoids card processing limits.

How do I place an order?

Add a trailer to your cart and check out online, or contact us to reserve a unit and arrange payment. Either way, pricing is resolved before you're charged.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through our secure payment provider — we never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted end to end.

When am I charged?

For card checkout you're charged when the order is approved. For wire/ACH, we send instructions and your payment confirms the order — nothing is charged until you authorize it.

Can I reserve a trailer before paying?

Yes. Contact us to place a hold on a unit. We'll confirm availability and walk you through the next steps to finalize your purchase.

Can I get my trailer serviced?

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (change of mind) items, provided the trailer is in new, unused, as-delivered condition with all original parts and documentation included. All returns require prior approval — see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my trailer arrives damaged or incorrect?

Report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you — including all return shipping. We cover 100% of the costs for verified issues.

Is there a restocking fee?

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to change-of-mind returns that are not due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item. No restocking or return shipping fees apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection approval. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit to your account.

Can I exchange my trailer for a different one?

Yes. You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability and return eligibility. We cover all exchange shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items; for change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Can I refuse delivery if the trailer isn't right?

Yes. We recommend inspecting the unit while it is still on the trailer. If it does not meet the purchased standards, you may refuse delivery before offloading and receive a 100% refund of the full purchase price. Standard delivery is free, so there are no shipping charges to deduct.

Registration & Paperwork

Do you provide a title and bill of sale?

Yes. Every trailer we sell comes with the proper title and a bill of sale. We make sure your paperwork is in order before you take delivery.

How do I register my trailer?

Registration rules vary by state. We provide the documents you need (title, bill of sale, VIN) and can point you to your local requirements so registration goes smoothly.

Do trailers need a license plate?

In most states, trailers over a certain weight require a plate and registration. Check your state's requirements — we'll supply the paperwork to get it done.

Where do I find the VIN?

The VIN is stamped on the frame (often near the coupler or on the tongue) and printed on the title and paperwork. We'll confirm it matches before you buy.
